1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health issue at some point, and this will affect every area of our lives, both at home and in the workplace.
By understanding how we can recognise mental health issues and by providing support we may be able to limit or alleviate the suffering.
Employers have a legal responsibility in ensuring the welfare of their employees both physically and mentally.
